From selecting premium fabrics to achieving the best fit possible, our custom tailoring process is designed to deliver a seamless experience and unparalleled craftsmanship.
Consult
Begin with a New Client Consultation, where we determine your wardrobe goals, fit preferences, fabric selection, and capture all of your measurements.
Measurements & fit preferences are saved for effortless reorders.
Craft
Your cloth is sourced from one of our award-winning European mills. Your garments are then handcrafted by our Master Tailors to your exact specifications.
Fit & Finish
Join us again for a quick fitting, where you’ll try on your new garments. Explore accessories, add-ons, and gain style tips to maximize your new wardrobe.
If any minor refinements are needed, we’ll complete them in a timely manner.
Check-In
Your clothier will follow-up with you about a month later to confirm that everything is fitting comfortably.
Concierge
We’ll continue to reach out every quarter to ensure you are ready for all upcoming events and life changes.
